• An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Partner to join this leading commercial law firm in Birmingham .
• The regulatory team covers all types of matters including but not limited to health and safety regulations, environmental matters and also data protection issues.
• The successful Regulatory Partner will be well placed to provide advice on all of the above matters and more to a varied client base.
• Ideal Regulatory Partners will have some experience of dealing with licensing issues, product liability and inquests.
• You will as the appointed Regulatory Partner be expected to manage your own caseload of matters and deal with the day to day responsibilities that comes along with the partnership status.
• As the newly appointed Regulatory Partner you will have gained exposure to some licensing work as well as Health and Safety matters, environmental and trade matters as well as inquests.
• As a Regulatory Partner within the Midlands market you will be a highly driven and focused individual with an excellent track record of winning work and business development. You will have a proven network of contacts who are able to instruct you on future matters.
