HW People have been exclusively retained by a fast growing, Private Equity backed professional services client who are looking to appoint a Regulatory Reporting Accountant as part of their strategic goals.

Reporting into the Group Finance Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with UK regulatory prudential reporting requirements and international regulatory prudential reporting obligations. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in FCA regulatory reporting including Investment Firms Prudential Regime (IFPR).

The ideal candidate will be expected to develop Group ICARA related process and documentation, including liaising with senior stakeholders, whilst have a proven track record of Regulatory Reporting experience. It is key for you to maintain comprehensive and organised records related to regulatory reporting, ensuring all documents are up to date. A Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred and finance qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in FCA regulatory reporting within the financial services industry.

Salary £60,000 plus excellent wider package

Hybrid working 2 days pw onsite (potential flex depending on experience)
