This Fully Independent First Opinion Small Animal Practice is currently looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly, dedicated team in Billericay. Shift Pattern: Mixture of shifts consisting of 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00
Late Shift: 11:00 - 20:00 (1 per week)
Saturday Mornings: 8:30 - 14:00 (1 in 4)
Salary: Up to £31,000 (DOE)

Minimum Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of veterinary nursing experience.
Clinical coaching experience is Essential
Job Description:
The Registered Veterinary Nurse will assume the role of a Clinical Coach RVN, contributing significantly to the mentoring and development of our veterinary nursing team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of patient care and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to small animal patients
- Provide mentorship and guidance to veterinary nursing colleagues
- Conduct clinical coaching to facilitate the professional development of team members
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure optimal patient care
- Actively participate in continuous professional development activities
Requirements:
- RCVS registration as a Veterinary Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years of veterinary nursing experience
- Essential clinical coaching experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
