Paediatric Nurse

 We are working with a leading provider of complex care to children across Norfolk and Suffolk, to find a Paediatric Nurse to join their team.

They are looking for a forward-thinking Paediatric Nurse who is enthusiastic and experienced caring for children with complex care needs.

If you have a teaching qualification that would be great, however you will be fully supported in gaining one if you haven’t. You will be responsible for working with the Clinical Lead to assess care needs and train the team accordingly, following up with competency checks out in the field.

As a Paediatric Nurse your responsibilities will include:

• Assessment of new care packages
• Writing care plans and risk assessments
• Supporting the care/support team on assignment
• Teaching and training new staff
• Completing regular competency-based observations
• Carrying out regular care plan reviews
• Liaising with commissioners and funders
• Attending multi-disciplinary team meetings

To work as a Paediatric Nurse you will need the following:

• Right to work in the UK
• Must have a Valid NMC Pin
• UK Driving Licence
• Experience in Paediatrics  

This role is Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs
