The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Healthcare and Risk Management company who have a fantastic position for Registered Nurses to join their clinical team as a Medical Case Manager, working in their Surrey office on a hybrid basis.

The Role

This is a diverse role where you provide remote advice and support to customers that require medical assistance whilst overseas on a holiday or business trip. Your day-to-day activities can include but are not limited to:

- Confirming requirements and arranging travel vaccinations

- Providing medical advice on new or ongoing treatments

- Arranging medical referrals and reviews

- Case management

- Agreeing care plans for pre-existing conditions

- Organisation of repatriation or evacuation including patient care and travel/accommodations for dependants

- Reviewing medical reports

- Assessing each case applying your expert clinical knowledge

The Requirements

- Current NMC Pin

- 3 + years recent clinical experience as a nurse

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Basic IT skills

- Would be advantageous if you have any experience working within an overseas, government, travel insurance, assistance, military or repatriation environment
