• Providing direct care to patients, including assessing and implementing care plans, administering medication, treatments, and performing physical examinations.
• Supporting patients and their families with their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Collaborating with doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists, social workers, and care assistants as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintaining and updating patient records while ensuring confidentiality through technology.
• Adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct to ensure ethical, safe, and effective practice.
• Continuing professional development by implementing learning from mandatory training.
