Registered Nurse

Our ideal nurse will be either an RGN (Registered General Nurse) or an RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse), responsible for providing care to patients in line with NMC guidelines across various settings in Scotland.
Responsibilities:
- Providing direct care to patients, including assessing and implementing care plans, administering medication, treatments, and performing physical examinations.
- Supporting patients and their families with their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Collaborating with doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists, social workers, and care assistants as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintaining and updating patient records while ensuring confidentiality through technology.
- Adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct to ensure ethical, safe, and effective practice.
- Continuing professional development by implementing learning from mandatory training.
