We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Paediatric Nurse to join a leading provider of complex care for children. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to children with complex needs and is eager to contribute to a forward-thinking team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conducting assessments for new care packages.
  • Writing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
  • Providing support to the care/support team on assignment.
  • Teaching and training new staff members.
  • Completing regular competency-based observations.
  • Carrying out frequent care plan reviews.
  • Liaising with commissioners and funders.
  • Attending multi-disciplinary team meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Valid NMC Pin.
  • UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience in Paediatrics is essential.
  • A teaching qualification is desirable, but support will be provided to obtain one if not already held.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical lead to assess care needs and train the team.
  • Strong communication skills for effective liaison and multi-disciplinary team collaboration.
