Registered Mental Health Nurse

Search Healthcare is currently looking for Band 5 RMNs who are looking for extra shifts at a variety of private hospitals based across London and the South East.

The hospitals provide a range of secure services for male and female service users in acute, PICU, medium and low secure environments. You will be working with individuals with complex presentations, mental illness, personality disorder, substance misuse issues and challenging behaviour, caring for people who are in crisis and who cannot be cared for safely in the community.

As a RMN on shift you will be responsible and accountable for delivering outstanding care to the patients under your supervision.

Successful candidates will be passionate about the nursing profession and patient care. You will be enthusiastic and professional with a good work ethic and have the ability to adapt well and work within the friendly multidisciplinary team.

Requirements for the role:

• Minimum of six months paid experience in the last 2 years working in/on a mental health hospital/ward
• Valid NMC registration
• Enhanced DBS
• MAPA training
