New Home Opening - Could it be yours?
Make your mark on this brand new 3 bedded home opening in Orsmkirk dedicated for supporting children & young people with EBD.
You’ll be supported by the Head of Care, Operations Director and your full staff team consisting of a Deputy Manager to ensure you will provide exceptional care from the get go.
As the Registered Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations from the home. Including team leadership, budget management and ensuring you are working closely with your key stakeholders.

About you
- At least two years supervision experience in a management role (Deputy or Registered Manager) within an Ofsted registered residential home
- Ideally you will have experience supporting young people with EBD / SEMH / Challenging Behaviour
- Career driven, team player and a strong leader
- Willing or obtained a Level 5 in Leadership & Management
