Registered Manager
Job Overview:
The role of the Registered Manager is to secure and maintain registration of the business and to ensure the safe and effective running of the delivery of high-quality care, in line with the regulatory standards.
The Registered Manager will always put quality of care at the forefront of everything they do and be able to develop a strong team to continuously strive for excellence. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business.
- Duties:
Provide leadership, management and the highest level of support to the team, to ensure the very best outcomes in everything we do - Accountable for achieving the highest levels of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards & policies, ensuring we achieve a minimum of "Good" in regulatory inspections.
- Accountable for the Health and Safety of staff and Clients; ensuring the Health & Safety policy and procedures are followed at all times providing a safe working environment
- Support with safe CareGiver recruitment: promote that we are an employer of choice, share positive content on social media, handle enquiries, interviews and facilitate onboarding
Benefits:
- The candidate will hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF/RQF Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Have substantial experience in managing people, and can demonstrate a positive vision of homecare and how you will influence positive change
- Experience of collating and exporting a range of reports to demonstrate business growth and areas for development such as care hours, recruits, retention and scheduling requirements in order to drive performance
- Must have good experience and knowledge of the care industry, in a previous similar role
