Our well-established client located in Milton Keynes, Residential Childrens Home, seeking a Registered Manager to join their team, within their beautiful Residential Childrens Home. On a Full time, permanent basis, with a salary up too £50,000 The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, looking for their next challenge.

Main Responsibilities
To work with the Senior Management Team to promote the values and management of all aspects of the Children's Home, taking responsibility for the implementation of all young people's placements to support their emotional and mental wellbeing. To take the lead in the development, implementation, monitoring and review of standards across the home, ensuring exceptional levels of care for all young people and ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks. To establish and maintain a competent, motivated and confident staff team, providing supervision and development of the residential care staff. To be the responsible person for managing child protection concerns, complaints and health and safety in order to ensure that the needs of all young people are met.
Skills Required
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Social Care Services
- Minimum of five years residential experience within the children's home sector
- Minimum of two years management experience in the children's home sector
- Experience of current Ofsted Inspection Framework
- Full UK driving License with access to your own vehicle.
