Position - Registered Manager - Supported Living

Employment type - Permanent

Location - Windsor, Berkshire with sites across Berkshire

Salary - Up to £45,000 plus bonus for occupancy

Hours - 40 per week

About the role - As a Registered Manager reporting to the Clinical Director, your role is to ensure the highest levels of service is maintained through managing performance and quality improvement. You will contribute to the strategic direction and lead teams of staff, embodying the organizations values. Duties include budgeting, establishing and maintaining occupancy through promotion and marketing, developing relationships with statutory partners, complying with CQC regulations, risk management and health and safety.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required - We need an experienced leader to take this requires improvement service back to Good. You will have a Level 5 or equivalent in Management / Health & Social Care / Mental health, housing management skills, a good understanding of CQC regulations and have worked with the same client
