Job Title: Registered Manager
Salary: 55,000 per annum with a further incentive of 10% bonus if the house is managed to a high standard and kept at full capacity for atleast 75% of the year.
Hours: 35 hours a week
Location: East London
Holidays: 28 days annually

Main Purpose of the Job:
  • To manage the day to day running of the children’s home and ensure that it meets the expectations and standards as set out in its Statement of Purpose.
  • To ensure that the home is consistently meeting standards set by Ofsted and to ensure that the home is continuously operating within the Ofsted Registration criteria.
  • To confidently lead the home though any external and internal inspection and audits / inspections.

You will be response for:
  • Setting up the registered home with Ofsted.
  • Following Safeguarding protocols.
  • To meet Children's specific and individual needs.
  • To develop a confident and competent staff team.
  • To implement agreed systems which ensure the effective communication & allocation of resources.
  • To promote the efficient and effective operation of the home.
