Registered Manager Qualified Social Worker Required For Fostering Agency in Hounslow London TW3 upto £60k

We require an experienced Social Worker to become Registered Manager of a new Fostering agency opening in Hounslow London.

We have a new Fostering Agency opening in Hounslow TW3 searching for experienced a Social Worker to Manage and lead the team..
In this pivotal role, you'll ensure exceptional care for vulnerable children while driving the agency's growth and success.

What You'll Do as Registered Manager/Social Worker :

• Champion Quality: Provide strategic leadership and ensure the fostering service meets the highest standards (National Minimum Standards, Ofsted regulations).

• Empower Your Team: Lead, motivate, and support a team of social workers dedicated to fostering excellence.

• Safeguard Children: Champion robust safeguarding practices and ensure prompt responses to referrals and assessments.

• Develop Fostering Expertise: Take the lead in recruiting, training, and retaining exceptional foster carers.

• Build Strong Relationships: Foster positive collaboration with local authorities and stakeholders.

• Drive Growth: Lead the planning and execution of strategies to secure future business and expand the agency.

• Inspire Innovation: Create a culture of continuous improvement and empower children to reach their full potential.

Requirements of Registered Manager /Social Worker

• A qualified social worker with SWE registration and extensive fostering experience.

• Proven leadership and management skills, ideally within an independent fostering agency.

• A strong track record of leading services through Ofsted inspections successfully.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and budget management skills.
