An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a boutique-style, 74-bed home for elderly residents. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can lead the home from good to outstanding, ensuring the highest standards of care and management.

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve excellence in all aspects of their work.
• Manage all aspects of the home, ensuring operations stay within budget and high standards are maintained.
• Ensure the home consistently exceeds standards set by the CQC and local authority.
• Implement and review policies and procedures to ensure they meet the highest standards.
• Place residents at the heart of all decisions and actions.
• Regularly meet with directors to discuss the home’s progress and strategise for continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in a similar Registered Manager position.
• Strong clinical knowledge and background.
• Relevant qualifications such as first level nursing, LMCS, RMS, or equivalent management qualifications.
• Proven experience managing a home through CQC inspections and achieving high standards.

• Competitive base salary of £70k p.a. plus a quarterly bonus structure.
• Additional £50k bonus for achieving an ‘outstanding’ rating.
• 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
