Registered Manager- New Children's Home

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Extensive Bonuses

NonStop is working with a well-established Independent Fostering Agency, in the West Midlands, that are opening another 4 bedroom EBD Residential Children's home!

This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a key role in developing a new home with a reputable agency that has multiple homes throughout the midlands.

They are a family run agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating across the board who are looking for someone with a hands on approach. They are incredibly therapeutic in both fostering and their residential work ensuring you will work for an agency that is child centred and has strong ethos.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure children and young people's needs are met, promoting their welfare and quality of life
• Develop, lead, and support staff, overseeing management and budgetary control
• Maintain regulatory compliance, manage staffing levels, and facilitate staff training for optimal care of children with complex needs

Requirements:

• Up to date DBS & licence
• NVQ level 3 or above
• Experience supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural problems
