They are committed to excellence and are looking for an outstanding Registered Manager to join their team in South West England. With a competitive salary of up to £49,000 per annum and hybrid working (1 day working from home), they are a great place to work, with many strong processes in place to achieve their goal of becoming 'Outstanding' in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage day-to-day operations of a regulated 24-hour rehabilitation service.
• Ensure continual compliance with CQC legislation to deliver a high quality service.
• Manage and lead a team of rehabilitation management professionals.

Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial/leadership role within a regulated setting or activity.
• A sound knowledge of care and risk assessments, reviews, and evaluations and their purpose and function.
• Experience in managing complex situations, requiring timely and appropriate decision-making.
