Our client, a new provider of Ofsted-registered children's homes, is seeking a Registered Manager to join their passionate team and play a pivotal role in establishing their very first home!

Be Part of the Journey from the Ground Up

This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of creating a brand new service. You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team to register the home with Ofsted, establish recruitment practices, and set the foundation for high-quality care.

Lead with Passion and Expertise

As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the 3/4 bed home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young people aged 8-17 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including those with mild Learning Disabilities (MLD).

  • Inspire and guide your team: Foster a supportive and collaborative environment where staff can grow and excel.
  • Champion high-quality care: Develop and implement personalized care plans and risk assessments to meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • Be the Ofsted champion: Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements and delivers exceptional service.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

  • Proven track record of managing a children's home and leading successful Ofsted inspections.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or a strong commitment to obtaining it).
