Registered Manager - CWD Ofsted home - £450 per day


NonStop Care is currently working with a Children's Residential home in the West Yorkshire area who are looking for a registered Manager to join the home.


This is an excellent opportunity that offers home working flexibility and freedom to manage your own workload, giving you a better work/life balance.

Responsibilities:


* Ensuring that each young person has a plan which reflects his / her care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic and health needs and that this plan is regularly reviewed.
* Establishing and monitoring high quality standards of care in line with National Minimum Standards and the Home's Statement of Purpose and developing quality assurance measures to ensure these standards are maintained.
* Developing systems in which young people are consulted about the quality of care they receive.

Requirements:
* Must have a Grade 5 Residential Qualification
* Hold Level 5 Leadership and Management Training.
* Must have been a Registered Manager (with Ofsted) for at least 2 Years.
