Summary
Compass Associates are delighted to partner exclusively with an extremely reputable national social care provider which support both adults and children in England, Wales and Scotland. Together we are seeking a Registered Manager for a newly acquired service with provides care to 22 adults with learning disabilities.

As registered manager you will be ultimately responsible for the operational running of the service, quality of care and financial performance. There will also be significant transformation required to embed group processes & systems, moving the teams away from processes they had in place. Registered Managers who have experience running efficient residential provisions are encourage to apply - eg domiciliary care, elderly care, mental health & learning disabilities. You will be committed to ensuring the service is compliant with regulations and will also be focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred services to the people they support.

Location
This role is based in a stunning manor based in Stirling and is commutable from Glasgow, Falkirk, Dunblane and surrounding areas.

Process
The first stage will be an informal meeting with the Group's divisional director for Scotland followed by a formal meeting which will include a presentation. This is to be followed by a sign off call with a member of the groups SMT.
