Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a residential setting, currently rated as GOOD on CQC, housing seven individuals with Autism and learning disabilities.

What we are looking for in our Registered Manager:
- You must have experience in this role and be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully achieving a good CQC rating and taking an active leadership role.
- Can confidently manage a service from a compliance and operational standpoint, as well as working with referrers and managing tenders and frameworks.
- Work in partnership with individuals to create bespoke support packages.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care, or equivalent
- Attained or working towards equivalent Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health Social Care and Children and Young People's Services following the Adult Services or Adult Residential Services pathway.
