I am working on a rare opportunity to become General Manager of a Domiciliary Care service in Leeds. They’re looking for a very experienced and business minded individual to spearhead the growth of their business. This company has plans to offer a Residential Care service in the future.

What’s on offer:
  • £45,000-£50,000.
  • 36 days annual leave (28 + bank holidays).
  • 5% profit share.

Registered General Care Manager Responsibilities:
  • To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
  • To continually work on growing the business.
  • To maintain and build relationships with local commissioners.
  • To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
  • To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.

Registered General Care Manager Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in Home Care or a Residential Care Home.
  • Must have achieved a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
  • Must have a UK Driving Licence.
