We are looking for an outstanding Registered Care Manager to lead our team and provide
exceptional homecare services. You must have managerial experience within the care
sector in order to apply and a proven track record in terms of Care Inspectorate
gradings and regulatory compliance

Exemplary Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, meeting

Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for the rights and preferences of each
customer, making sure their needs are at the heart of their care and support.
Collaborate with them and their representatives to create individualised care and
support plans that respect their dignity and privacy
Open Communication: Utilise excellent communication skills to engage with
customers, their families, representatives, staff and other healthcare professionals,
ensuring the delivery of top-tier homecare services


Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a home care agency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care services
- Manage and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support
- Conduct regular assessments of service users needs and create individual care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure the best possible care for service users
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service users.


Skills:
- Relevant experience in a managerial role and business acumen
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with service users, families, and staff- In-depth knowledge of care regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficient in computer systems and software used for record keeping.
