Registered Care Manager (N21)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Care Manager to join our team in North London.

As a Registered Care Manager (N21), your clinical expertise, empathy, and strong communication skills will contribute to delivering excellent patient care and promoting positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities (Social Care):

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the care facility.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care services.
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and improve care delivery.

Requirements (Registered Care Manager (N21)):

  • NVQ level 5 or equivalent
  • CQC Registered (3 years)
  • Experience working with people with Learning Disabilities/Complex Needs (3 years)
