Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:
- To manage the office staff – Care Manager Care Coordinators, Field Care Supervisors and Carers
- To build and maintain relationships with the local authorities
- Focus on compliance and quality within the service
- Identify areas to grow the branch
- Proactive approach with recruitment and retention
- Experience in domiciliary care
- Experience of managing large services and working with local authorities
- Ambitious individual who is looking to progress
- Positive attitude
- Passionate about high quality care
