Registered Agency Nurse

We are currently seeking Nurses to work in the Lothian area who are able to work day shifts across a variety of disciplines. As a leading health care agency we want enthusiastic and compassionate nurses to join our team. We can offer a huge variety of roles across a range of disciplines from Prison Practitioners and Paediatrics to Surgical and Psychiatry along with medical and surgical shifts. Our shift patterns are very flexible and can be moulded around your lifestyle and needs. Work Flexibility

At Randstad we can offer a work pattern that suits you and your lifestyle. You can work anything from 1 shift a week to full-time contracts. The shifts we offer can be flexible around your schedule and match the work life balance you desire with day shifts from 08:00-20:00 and night shifts from 20:00-08:00.

Competitive and Clear Pay Rates:

  • Monday to Friday Day Shift: £31.10 per hour
  • Saturday Day Shift: £40.43 per hour
  • Sunday Day and Night Shift: £49.75 per hour
  • Monday to Saturday Night Shift: £40.43 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality care in a professional and caring manner
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Work collaboratively with health care teams to ensure the highest level of care is provided
  • Ensure patient safety is a priority long with their psychological and physical needs
  • Monitor patients well being and maintain accurate records
  • Build relationships with patients and their families with a focus on their well being

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration and PIN
  • Minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and high quality clinical skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and proactive communication abilities
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
