Regional Warranty Administrator

Circa £28-30k (negotiable depending on experience)

Chelmsford/Colchester/Bishops Stortford

Permanent/Full Time

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team, covering 3 areas (Chelmsford/Colchester and Bishops Stortford). You will need to have previous experience as a Warranty Administrator who is used to processes and procedures. If you would like to find out more - Apply with us now!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accessing, processing, submitting and monitoring all warranty claims, including negotiating with manufacturers directly on borderline claims.
  • Ensuring the company’s databases are correct and up to date.
  • Contacting customers to ensure that any manufactures recalls are carried out promptly.
  • Maintaining full photographic records, as required.
  • Processing and submitting service and extended coverage claims.
  • Building strong relationships within all teams across sites.
  • Dealing with queries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Ensuring all sites/departments are updated daily with current processing requirements and criteria.

Your Background & Skill:

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • IT Literate.
  • Able to follow processes on the computer.
