Job Role: Regional Valuer

Location: Field Based role covering North West

Salary: £30K + OTE £37K + Company car

Our quality client in Manchester seeks an experienced Valuer for cover appointments across the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct property valuations: Accurately assess and value properties, considering factors such as location, condition, market trends, and comparable sales data.
2. Part Exchange and agency assist expertise: Utilize your experience and knowledge of Part Exchange and agency assist transactions to effectively evaluate properties involved in these schemes.
3. Travel and fieldwork: Travel to various locations within the North West region and potentially beyond to conduct valuations, ensuring efficient time management and adherence to schedules.
4. Documentation and reporting: Prepare detailed valuation reports, including property descriptions, market analysis, and recommended valuation figures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
5. Stakeholder communication: Interact with clients, developers, and internal teams to provide professional and informative feedback regarding property valuations and market conditions.
6. Market research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, property market fluctuations, and relevant regulations to provide informed insights and advice to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in valuing houses is essential, with a strong understanding of property valuation methods and principles.
• Experience with Part Exchange and agency assist transactions is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate valuation findings and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities to conduct thorough property assessments and provide accurate valuations.
• A valid driver's license is required, as well as the ability to travel to various locations.
• Proficiency in using relevant technology and software for property valuation and reporting purposes.
