The Role
As the Regional Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to our franchisees across the region. This remote role will require regular travel to visit franchised businesses, where you will offer assistance, share best practices, and ensure compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for empowering others to succeed.
- Offer remote support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring their success and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular visits to franchised businesses to provide on-site assistance, training, and feedback.
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement business growth strategies and action plans.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Serve as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate office, facilitating communication and addressing concerns or issues as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to franchisees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare business or multi-site business environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to travel frequently and work remotely, with a flexible schedule.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Staffing Solutions and familiarity with franchise operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must have a full driving licence and access to vehicle.
