Our client is one of the UK’s largest Private Client Wealth Management firms, with offices across the country. They are a multi award winning business and have enjoyed consistent year on year organic growth. They are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help support and drive a team of Financial Advisers to enable them to realise their true potential. Working closely with an established Area Management team, you will have complete oversight of them and the Financial Advisers in their respective teams.

This is a very hands-on role, traveling across the North of England, and working closely with the Area Managers, to ensure their teams are on track to hit targets and achieve the agreed tasks within their personal development plans.

Our client is looking for someone that is at least Level 4 Diploma qualified and has a demonstrable track record of successfully managing teams of Financial Advisers and their line Managers. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and is pivotal to the overall success of the business. You will be reporting directly to the board and have input into the future direction and focus of the wider business. They have always focused heavily of staff development and have a demonstrable track record of organic growth, offering their staff careers, rather than jobs.

In addition to this, they have recently completed on a number of acquisitions and see this is a natural route for further expansion of the business, so anticipate that this will be another area for the successful applicant to have oversight of.
