Remuneration: £50,000neg + commission giving OTE circa £70,000 - £75,000

The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Modular Hire will involve:

• Field sales position selling the hire of modular buildings
• Focusing on projects in both public & private sector such as: hospitals, schools, MOD, manufacturing, airports, ports etc
• All of your time will be spent selling to a mixed route to market via: local authorities, tier 1 contractors, specifiers, consultants and end users
• For example: NHS, Rolls Royce, Morgan Sindall, & Galliford Try
• Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £3m
• Sheffield to the Scottish border

The ideal applicant will be an Regional Sales Manager - Modular Hire with:

• Must have modular hire experience
• Must have experience in building regulation compliance
• Must be commercially astute
• Hunger/ appetite for new business
• Ideally good knowledge of the construction, commercial, educational and healthcare sectors
