Regional Sales Director - Surrey region

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an award winning UK Independent agent as their Regional Sales Director. You will be responsible for 7 offices plus any additional acquisitions or new offices in your region.

The Package:

Basic Salary - £53,500

OTE - £120,000

The Role:

• Develop long term client relationships
• Monitor activity to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation & codes of practice
• Create the largest market share in your region
• Generate profit by driving income/activity levels
• Recruit and develop successful teams and individuals that can progress with the company
• Maximise resources to increase operational profitability
• Make sure Branch Managers & Staff are focussed on core priorities of the business

The Person:

• High Level of Estate Agency experience, ideally running more than one branch
• Very good at motivating people
• Ability to mentor and develop staff
• Self Motivated
• Target Driven
