Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: £60,000-£90,000 (depending on exp) + 20-25% bonus

Benefits: £650 car allowance OR electric / hybrid company car, 5.5% pension matched, health care, life insurance and 23 days holiday

The role of the Regional Sales Director - Panel Products will involve:

• Field sales position promoting a imported range of panel products such as: Plywood, MDF, Timber. OSB, Hardwood & Softwood
• Majority of your time will be spent managing the London & South East sales team with 3/4 direct reports and much larger team
• Managing a team turnover of circa £60m
• Will be given between 2-10 key accounts to manage (will depend on your skillset)
• Dealing with a customer base comprising of: builders / timber merchants and buying groups such as: Travis Perkins and Jewson’s

The ideal applicant will be an Regional Sales Director - Panel Products with:

• Must have strong leadership & people management experience
• Must be from a building products background
• Must have sold to builder merchants OR manufacturers / end users (ideally both)
• Ideally sold timber or panel products
• Ideally have contact within in industry
• Ability to deal at multiple levels within customers
• Initiative and autonomous approach
• Driven, enthusiastic, hungry with a passion for the product and company
• Excellent communication skills
• Efficient territorial planning skills
