Regional Project Manager -Building Fabric Projects - Permanent

Ideal for an experienced project manager with good experience in capital project management involving building fabric projects.

Position will be working for a worldwide award winning Building Management Company delivering building fabric projects within commercial buildings within the South East of England - principally capital project management involving building fabric.

  • £55000 - £60,000 pa
  • £5,000 car allowance
  • Superb company benefits allowance, holiday pay and excellent good company pension
  • Hybrid Role
  • Monday to Friday

Essential Candidate Requirements:

  • Very good project management experience
  • Very good time served experience of capital project management involving building fabric work
  • Budget Management experience
  • Very good experience of developing and maintaining client relationships

£55,000 - £60,000 pa plus £5,000 pa car allowance and fantastic benefits package.
