NJR Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for one of the UK's largest Financial Planning firms who have a long established reputation for putting their clients at the heart of their business plans.

Due to growth, they are now looking for a dedicated and experienced paraplanner manager to join their team to specifically focus on providing support and development to the paraplanning team across their northern offices

Duties will include:

• Day to day management of a small team of paraplanners
• Helping to develop and implement the Paraplanning Team's learning and development (L&D) strategy
• Conduct an annual training needs analysis across the paraplanning team, identifying key knowledge gaps and development opportunities in conjunction with other managers to ensure delivery of an effective training plan
• Ensure reports are written to correct standards and quality
• Implementing new processes to streamline

What we need from you?

• Previous experience working as a paraplanner and within a management role is essential
• Minimum of Level 4 Diploma qualified, but those offering chartered qualification would be favoured
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to travel across the UK to deliver training & management where needed
• Full UK Driving License and car
