Regional Mortgage Manager

The Regional Mortgage Manager role
As the Regional Manager you will be managing and supporting mortgage network partners across the Northwest, you will be the driving force behind the performance and development of the brokerages within this region.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating the mortgage teams within the network to achieve their potential, analysing performance data, and identifying areas for training, coaching and development. You will support the brokerages in their recruitment, retention, and the progression of their mortgage advisory teams; therefore it is essential that you are a knowledgeable and experienced mortgage industry professional, with experience managing and developing mortgage teams to reach business performance objectives.

Regional Mortgage Manager key responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and development and retention of the mortgage network partners
• Build and maintain relationships with introducers
• Set targets and KPI’s to drive the business forward
• Deliver on the brokerages growth and performance plans
• Analyse key performance indicator data
• Create and deliver 1-2-1 and group training based on KPI data
• Have an in-depth knowledge of Mortgage and Protection products
• Increase the knowledge & performance of the advisory teams
• Increase the Protection penetration across the branches
• Demonstrate a clear understanding and ensure adherence to industry regulations

The Regional Mortgage Manager Package

• Basic Salary: £45k - £60k
• Car Allowance
• 22 days holidays per year + bank holidays

Regional Mortgage Manager desired skills and experience

• CeMap qualified or equivalent
• Experience as a Mortgage Manager / Mortgage Area Manager / Regional Mortgage Manager and/ or Business Development manager
• Ability to travel across the Northwest
• Proven track record of achieving business objective
• Proven track record of increasing performance within advisory teams
• Exceptional Mortgage and Protection industry product knowledge
• Experience managing, training and developing Mortgage Advisors and teams
• Ability to analyse performance data & Implement process / skill improvement measures
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with introducers and partners
