Regional Manager

Highly successful food business are looking for a Regional Manager to join their expanding team!

Cover Location: Wales and surrounding (central candidate location would be Newtown/ Welshpool)

About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing advice to producers to improve performance and profitability.
• Drive the continuous improvement of production, welfare and technical standards on the farm.
• Carry out routine visits and provide feedback.
• Review, analyse and utilise performance data reports.
• Check and update information relating to flock housing, depopulation and forecasts.
• Assist the Milling, Rearing, Green Energy and hen processing business units.
• Liaise with Packing centres to ensure all transactions are efficient and effective.
• Continuously develop and share knowledge with producers.

About you:

Essential

• Experience in the poultry or agriculture sector
• Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A drive for continuous improvement.
• Enquiring mind to challenge and ensure a good culture.
• Proactive and action-orientated.
• Professional manner and able to take ownership.
• Good level of Numeracy and Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft 365
