Hours - 37.5 per week with flexibility

About the role - As a Regional Manager you will manage these extra care provisions and accountable for quality and delivery of high quality care. You will support Registered Managers with recruitment, staff performance, contract management, building relations with external agencies and quality.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -. You will be a proven leader in the same industry, and have thorough knowledge or experience in either:

• Services for older people/people with dementia/memory loss/mental health needs/physical or learning disabilities
• Residential day or community services for older people
• Extra care or home care services for older people
• Prevention and re-enablement services for older people

You need a relevant professional qualification (e.g. Diploma in Social Work, RMN/RGN, NVQ 4/5, RMA)
