If so, this role could be for you.

Compass Associates are currently working with one of the largest providers of Children's Residential Care in the UK. They specialise in working with children and young individuals with a range of behavioural difficulties, mental health and learning disabilities in a variety of settings.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager or a Multi-site Registered Manager to oversee a number of Children's Residential homes stretching across the West Midlands, Gloucestershire and North Wales.
These are not your average residential homes. The division provides specialist short term activity and adventure based placements. All the homes are rated as Good by Ofsted, including one rated as 'Outstanding'. Working as part of the Senior Management team, you will be heading the performance, quality and compliance for all the homes in your region. You will support your Registered Managers in all inspections, taking the lead before and after Ofsted visits. Alongside this, you will have budgetary responsibilities in line with the organisation's policies.

Work Pattern
Monday - Friday, flexibility of managing your own diary.

Location
You would be covering the remit of West Midlands, Gloucestershire and North Wales.
You will receive a £3,600 travel allowance with this role.

The ideal candidate will be West Midlands based for ease of accessing all the homes, however candidates further away will be considered, providing applicants are willing to travel as required for the role.

Interview process
2-Stage Interview Process

1st stage via MS Teams with the Senior Management team, informal and a discussion of the role and your experience, some competency-based questions and CV history queries

2nd stage is Face to Face at one of the services with the Senior Management team, formal with a meet and greet.

Criteria
Essential to have multi-site management experience within Children's Residential Services
Experience of running Good or Outstanding Ofsted rated homes.
Excellent communication skills, working with fellow Senior Management and Registered Managers within your remit.
Extensive knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and confidently lead Ofsted Inspections prior and during
Passionate about Children's Residential services, whether Autism, Learning Disability or EBD settings
You must have a relevant NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management qualification.
Clear DBS
Own transport and clean Driver's License
