An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a small portfolio of care homes within Rose Care Group as an Operations Manager. We are a family-owned, residential care home group, having won top-20 Medium Sized Group in the Carehome.co.uk awards, 2024, and top Group in Devon.

We believe in nurturing talented individuals and the Ops Manager role is a perfect opportunity for managers looking to step up from single-home or dual-site management into true portfolio leadership. In this role, you will be in charge of overseeing 3 care homes in the company.
