The position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Property Maintenance team delivering a professional, efficient and cost effective maintenance for all of our UK stores.

Client Details

Our client is a leading Sports Fashion Retailer, operating globally.

Description

  • Management of small and multi-site projects for the retail team.
  • Procurement and management of planned and reactive maintenance contractors.
  • Liaising with landlords and agents on interim and terminal schedules of dilapidation's, negotiate claims in order to limit potential liability.
  • Providing technical support and advice to the property helpdesk.
  • Surveying, tendering and management of large property maintenance projects.
  • Management of health and safety in small shop-fitting and building related projects.
  • Provision of a 24/7 on call emergency assistance to the retail team.
  • Contractor site auditing.

Profile

  • Qualified to HND level in Building Surveying or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience of construction safety legislation.
  • Working in a fast paced retail property maintenance environment.
