M&E Contract Manager, South/ Central Region, to £46k plus £7.7k car allowance, discretionary bonus 5%, 25 days holiday

Our client, an industry leading M&E/ Property Maintenance provider, is recruiting a Contract Manager to work across the South Central Region. Primarily based from the Bristol office (up to 4 days p/week), the region covers Oxford to Milton Keynes going south as far as Southampton and across to Eastbourne.

The client, The Ambulance Service, has approx. 115 sites across the region and the contract employs a team of 5 engineers and a supervisor, with admin support in the Bristol office.

Summary of the role

Set technical standards for the business in line with statutory and/or good practice guidelines

Provide guidance and support for the front end delivery teams to ensure compliance with adopted technical standards

Liaise with technical leads to contribute to the establishment and audit of best practice operational delivery Inc. Electrical and Gas / Legionella / LOLER and other 'statutory' ,activities

Provide an audit function and reporting to report performance in the delivery of standards

Implementation and maintenance of compliance program.

Responding to and auctioning clients reactive and programmed works

To quote for minor works and projects to clients specification's.

Skills/ Qualifications

Formal Mechanical, or Electrical background

Required: Nebosh

Professional Membership - Desired: Any professional Health, Safety, Compliance or FM qualification
