Up to £40,000 + Commission & Excellent Benefits (OTE £52,000)

Are you a proactive and driven individual ready to take on the challenge of maintaining and expanding profitable business relationships? Elevation is excited to be working with a global manufacturing business who are currently seeking a dedicated Regional Account Manager to join their dynamic team! As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by nurturing existing client relationships and cultivating new opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed revenue targets by engaging with clients regularly and identifying avenues for mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Conduct meaningful sales calls and meetings with existing and prospective clients to uncover opportunities and address their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems diligently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support to clients and address any issues or concerns.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to better serve our clients and gain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on customer performance and market insights.
  • Meet or exceed weekly KPI targets for sales revenue and activity output.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
