The Role:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying, engaging, and screening talented individuals. Your responsibilities will include:

· Utilising various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

· Building and maintaining candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

· Conducting initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

· Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

· Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
