This is a brand-new role at a time of growth, you will be speaking to key stakeholders and managing the recruitment process.
Your daily role include speaking to candidates in a variety of different roles, interviewing, qualifying, presenting to hiring managers and managing the recruitment process.
This role is an office based role, working Monday to Friday 9-5.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the wider recruitment team with sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates.
- Write job adverts and monitor inbound job applications, following up with potential candidates as required
- Format candidates CV’s and send over to clients
- Manage client relationships, managing the interview process and offer process for both candidates and clients
- 6 months experience in a recruitment role, either external or internal, specifically on the candidate side
- Excellent communications skills, on the telephone and on email
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence to have difficult conversations with hiring managers and candidates
- Salary of £23,500
- Uncapped commission
- Progression and training provided
- 25 days holiday
- Hours 9-5.
- Free parking
