We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful team in Oxford.

This role offers dynamic working, allowing you to flexibly work between home and office. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key candidate-facing role, supporting our consultants with candidate resourcing, compliance, vetting, and management of the candidate pool.

Day to day of the role:
  • Engage with a high volume of candidates, supporting them through the vetting and compliance process.
  • Develop the office’s client and candidate pool by providing exceptional support and service.
  • Communicate effectively over the phone with prospective candidates to chase references and documentation.
  • Complete the required administration for candidates to meet Reed’s vetting and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing, customer service, or sales.
  • Comfortable with high-volume phone communication and administration.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
