Recruitment Executive (Resourcer)

The Synchronicity Group is a leading professional recruitment consultancy within the property & financial services sectors, and we work with some of the biggest and well-respected companies within our assigned specialism.

We’re fast approaching our 20-year anniversary and have an excellent record of staff retention, sustained year on year increase in revenues and we’re poised for further growth moving forward!

Our Financial Services offering is composed of three specialist divisions, Pensions & Employee Benefits, Wealth & Investment Management and Compliance & Risk. We have recently combined these divisions to offer a more seamless experience to our (often shared) client base and we need to find a special person to join us. The role would suit someone who is organised, tenacious, good on the phone, IT literate and able to take initiative when running their own projects.

The Role

Working closely with all members of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching the UK Financial Services markets using various methods, finding talented candidates such as Financial Planners, Employee Benefits Consultants, Pensions Admin Managers and Compliance Directors.
  • Collating research and accurately entering information onto the database.
  • Managing timescales and working to deadlines.
  • Candidate Liaison - finding and registering new candidates and updating with existing candidates.
  • Outbound sales - presenting job opportunities to candidates, both verbally and written.
  • You will also be expected to get involved in ad hoc assignments as befitting of a small office environment.

Person Specification (This is an unusual role as it involves a hybrid set of skills.)

Essential:

  • Highly motivated and organised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident liaising on the phone.
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ambitious plans and the nature of the job will require somebody who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and who possesses a 'can do’ attitude.
  • The business is continually evolving, so we need quality individuals to help achieve our goals.

Desirable:

  • A background in recruitment
  • Experience in financial services and an understanding of pensions, wealth & investment management, and/or compliance.

This is an exciting time to join us. The successful candidate will have a very active and integral role within the business and will play a key part in ensuring the financial services team successfully continue to deliver great work to our clients. In return for your hard work and commitment we offer a friendly and flexible working environment where you can share in our success going forward.

We offer a competitive salary, with the opportunity to earn a generous monthly bonus as a result of your efforts, earning commission on every placement you contribute towards. We also offer flexible hybrid working with the expectation of being predominantly office based (due to office location a car is required).
