Partnering with a key business area on volume recruitment you will be working for a well known brand from selection to on-boarding. You will be joining a growing recruitment team and supporting a highly ambitious organisation as it continues to acquire other businesses and be a market leader.
In this role you will partner with key stakeholders across the business to truly understand requirements, attract the best talent to the business using proactive sourcing techniques and provide excellent service to candidates throughout their journey to ensure successful onboarding. Role duties include:
- True business partnering with your key stakeholders to understand what people changes are happening in your business area and prepare talent plans to protect your business area
- You will be aligned to a key area of the business to provide high volume and head office recruitment support
- Think creatively to offer ideas and solutions to TA challenges and drive change across the business
- Proactive candidate sourcing and headhunting using tools like LinkedIn and other social media
- Managing recruitment processes end to end including, sign off, briefing, headhunting, advertising, screening, arranging interviews, feedback and offer
This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week and offers flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
As Recruitment Partner you will be part of a new structure, designed to allow the other Partners to work more closely with their business areas and build genuine relationships with the hiring managers. You should be inquisitive and know exactly what people changes are coming up across your business unit and work with senior stakeholders to prepare a talent plan to support those changes and protect the business.
If as a recruiter you at times struggle to come up with solutions to challenges and is nervous about working with demanding senior stakeholders, then this role probably isn't for you.
