Reed Stratford is on the lookout for a Business Manager to lead our permanent recruitment team. With a combined 200 years of recruitment experience, our Stratford Office is dedicated to delivering first-class recruitment services across the East London area. We are seeking someone with a shared passion for excellence and the drive to elevate our 4.8* Google Review rating to a full 5*. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a billing business manager to lead a busy team and contribute to the overall success of the region.

Day to day of the role:

  • Run and grow your own desk while supporting and leading a team of consultants.
  • Manage team budgets, set team goals, and provide strategic leadership.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop consultants to drive success.
  • Place business support professionals into permanent positions across East London.
  • Deliver unrivalled levels of customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Manage client relationships and develop new business through sales activities and networking, both online and offline.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on contributing to the success of the team and region.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to meeting business KPIs.
  • Experience in sales or recruitment with a track record of team leadership or management.
